(Mundelein, IL), October 1, 2008 – Sysmex America, Inc. and its subsidiary, Sysmex Canada, Inc. today announced the introduction of the company’s new brand logo, said Kazuya Obe, Executive Vice Chairman, Sysmex Corporation and CEO, Sysmex America, Inc.  The timing of this brand change corresponds with the opening of the company’s new TechnoPark in Japan and the company’s 40th anniversary.  The new logo marks the increased significance of the company’s corporate philosophy, the “Sysmex Way” and of the Sysmex brand moving forward, added Obe.

The company’s new branding is scheduled for full introduction during Sysmex Corporation’s week-long 40th anniversary celebration activities beginning October 1, 2008 in Kobe, Japan.
