Sysmex will be performing maintenance on Insight on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 10:00 A.M. CT until 7:00 P.M. CT. During this time, we ask that customers refrain from uploading or entering their QC data into Insight. Any QC data submitted directly through SNCS will be temporarily suspended and stored until the maintenance has been completed. Normal operations of Insight will resume once the maintenance is finalized. The QC data held in SNCS during this interval will be automatically uploaded to Insight following the conclusion of the maintenance. Should you experience any SNCS connectivity issues after the maintenance, we recommend that you restart the IPU.
