To help you obtain the maximum benefits from the system, our process includes guidance to help you establish the rules and assistance with validation. Sysmex WAM’s rules set helps many of our customers achieve auto-validation rates of 85% and greater. You benefit from our experience with over 150 different laboratory settings to configure the rules and settings to optimize your operation.
Paperless Processing
Our standard implementation is designed to help you prepare for paperless processing on day one. With your Sysmex WAM system you receive the on-site support to help you with validation testing and workflow training. We know that achieving significant efficiencies means making big changes. Our team is made up of clinical, LIS and IT experts to help make this transition a smooth one for you and your staff.
Education and Go-Live Support
Integrating new software and automation into your lab and LIS requires your staff be ready for go-live. Sysmex delivers a variety of training tools to help you and your team feel comfortable with Sysmex WAM at go-live. Training courses may be held at Sysmex’s offices, online or on-site. Sysmex's Technical Implementation Specialist will be there on-site for the transition to your new Sysmex solution.
